Fudge Puddles
In a bowl, cream
butter, sugar, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. Add flour, soda, and salt;
mix well. Shape into 48 balls. Place in lightly greased mini muffin tins.
bake at 325° for 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately make
wells with melon baller. Cool in pans 5 minutes before removing. Melt
filling in double boiler over simmering water. Fill each shell; sprinkle
with nuts. |
1/2 cup butter or
margarine, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Fudge Filling:
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract |
