Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour chocolate over 10 oz. Golden Grahams cereal. Toss quickly to coat completely. Fold in 3 cups miniature marshmallows. Press into buttered 13x9x2" pan. Let stand at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

In 3 qt. saucepan, combine:
2 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 cup light corn syrup
11 oz. chocolate chips
