Let rise until double. Cut into strips and form, then dip in soda water (2 T. soda to 1 c. water). Place on well-greased cookie sheet and sprinkle with pretzel salt. Bake at 425° F. until brown, then dip in melted butter. Also good to roll in powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar after dipping in melted butter instead of putting on pretzel salt.

2½ c. warm water
3 T. yeast
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. salt
7-8 c. bread flour
