Coleslaw

Mix together salt, sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and vinegar and add to rest of ingredients. Chill. This can also be frozen.

1/4 head cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup chopped green peppers, optional
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon mustard seed
2 tablespoons vinegar
