Lemon Pudding Dessert Amish Recipe for Two

Cut butter into flour until crumbly. Press into an ungreased 8" square baking dish. Bake at 350° F. for 15-18 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust. Beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Carefully spread over cream cheese layer; top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

1/2 cup cold butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1½ cup whipped topping
1½ cup cold milk
1 package instant lemon pudding
