Peach Cobbler
Put
peaches and 1 cup sugar in greased 7" x 11" baking dish. Warm
peaches and sugar in oven. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, shortening,
milk and egg together. Drop by spoonful over the top of peaches.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons white sugar. Bake at 400° F. for 30
minutes. Delicious served warm and eaten with milk.
