Tangy Barbecue Meatballs
Combine
all meatballs ingredients. Mixture will be soft. Shape into walnut-sized
balls. Place meatballs on baking sheet in a 400° F. oven. Bake until no
longer pink. Combine all sauce ingredients. Place meatballs in a baking
dish and pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.

Meatballs:
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 small egg
4 oz. evaporated milk
1/3 cup cracker crumbs
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2/3 teaspoon salt
2/3 teaspoon chili powder
Barbecue Sauce:
2/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped onions |
