Tortilla Pinwheels

Mix sour cream, cream cheese and dip mix. Spread over tortillas. Top with broccoli, cauliflower, crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Roll up and chill for several hours. Slice 1/2" thick.

1/2 cup sour cream
1 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 package Ranch dressing mix
2 flour tortillas
broccoli, chopped
cauliflower, chopped
bacon, fried and crumbled
shredded cheese
