Underground Ham Casserole Recipe for Two Amish

In a saucepan fry ham and onions in butter. Add Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Put in bottom of casserole dish. Add milk, sour cream and salt to mashed potatoes; mix well. Put on top of ham mixture in dish and top with a few slices Velveeta cheese. Add bacon on top. Put in oven until heated thoroughly.

1 cup diced ham
1 tablespoons chopped onions
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
salt to taste
1 quart mashed potatoes
fried and crumbled bacon
