Blueberry Crunch Cake
Cream oleo
and sugar; beat in eggs; add milk and vanilla; add sifted dry ingredients.
Spread 1/2 of batter in 9x9" pan. cover with 1/2 blueberry pie filling;
spread remaining batter then remaining filling. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2
cup flour. Cut in 2 Tbsp. oleo; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 45
minutes or till done. |
