Chocolate Zucchini Sheet Cake

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the egg mixture alternately with milk. Stir in zucchini and vanilla. Pour into a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. Bake at 375° F. for 25 minutes. Spread frosting over cake while hot.

2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2½ cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
6 Tbsp. evaporated milk
4 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
