Crazy Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine dry ingredients and sift into large mixing bowl. Add eggs, shortening, sour milk and boiling water. Stir until moistened. Beat until smooth Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool and frost.

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. shortening
1 c. sour milk
1¼ c. boiling water
