Easy Mix Cocoa Cake

Preheat oven to 350° F. Sift dry ingredients together. Add other ingredients as listed and mix well. Pour into two greased, floured 9" layer pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Do not overbake for moist cake.

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
1 c. sour milk
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
