Mix first five ingredients and bring to boil; cook for 2 minutes. Remove and add marshmallows. When marshmallows have melted add vanilla and powdered sugar.

3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cream
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
9 large marshmallows
1½ teaspoons vanilla
1½ cups powdered sugar
