Orange Cake

Grease and flour baking pan. Measure all ingredients into large mixing bowl and stir well. Bake at 350° F.

2¾ cups cake flour
1½ cups sugar
1½ tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1½ cups buttermilk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup shortening
3 eggs
1½ tsp. vanilla
1 cup golden raisins, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Williamsburg Butter Frosting:
1/3 cup butter or margarine
3 cups confectioner's sugar
3-4 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange peel
