Pineapple Cake

Preheat oven to 350° F. Put all ingredients together in a sauce pan and beat well. Pour into a 9x13" pan well greased and floured. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool and serve with Cool Whip or Dream Whip.

1/2 c. Crisco oil
2½ c. flour
1½ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1½ tsp. soda
1 no. 2 can crushed pineapple
