Refrigerator Cheese Cake Recipe Amish Cooking Dessert Recipes

Mix cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Mix lemon Jello with boiling water. Let Jello mixture cool until it begins to set and then mix with cream cheese mixture. Beat canned milk and add vanilla. Beat until fluffy and then add to other ingredients (cheese and Jello mix). Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Line pan with crumbs, saving some crumbs for the top. Pour pudding in and refrigerate. Sprinkle top with crumbs.

6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 can Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
34 Graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted or soft butter
