Rhubarb Cake Dessert
Mix first
three ingredients together and press into a 9" x 13" pan. Mix
rhubarb, egg yolks, sugar, salt, flour and cream together. Pour on top
of first mixture. Bake at 350° F. for 40-45 minutes. Beat egg whites,
gradually add sugar, salt and vanilla while beating. Beat until stiff.
Put on top before quite done and bake until golden on top.

5 cups rhubarb, cut fine
6 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons flour (rounded)
1 cup cream
6 egg whites
