Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 325° F. Cream together butter, eggs and sugar. Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add sour cream and vanilla. Pour batter in 9" pan that has been buttered. Power 3/4 of topping on top and swirl with fork. Sprinkle remaining on top. Bake for 40 minutes.

1/2 c butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
