Yard Loaf Cake

Preheat oven to 375° F. Cream shortening and sugar. Sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour milk to creamed mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13" pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

12 Tbsp. shortening
3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
1 c. raisins
2 c. sour milk
