Beat first 4 ingredients well. Combine dry ingredients. Stir 1/2 of dry ingredients into egg mixture. Add buttermilk; mix well. Add remaining flour mixture and mix. Fold in zucchini and walnuts. Pour into 9x13" pan. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until top springs back when gently touched.
