Apple Cookies
In a bowl
sift the flour, soda, salt and spices. Cream the butter and sugar. Add egg
and milk and beat until smooth. Gradually stir in the sifted mixture and
fold in the apples, raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on greased
cookie sheet. Bake at
375° F. for 10 minutes

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup butter
1+1/3 cups brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 cup apple, chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans, chopped
