Amish Recipes Banana Orange Bars

Beat bananas, sugar, oil and eggs until well blended. Combine dry ingredients; fold into the banana mixture until well mixed. Pour into greased 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan. Bake at 350° F for 25 - 30 minutes.

2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1-2/3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
