Butterscotch Bit Cookies

Cream lard and sugar. Add beaten eggs; beat well. Add milk, beat in flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla. Beat well. Then beat in butterscotch bits. Drop on cookie sheets and bake at 350° F. until golden brown.

3 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2½ c. lard or butter melted
3 c. milk
1 pkg. butterscotch bits
6 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
