Cinnamon Brownies

Bake in a greased 13x9x2" pan at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool; frost with Chocolate Cinnamon Frosting.

3/4 cup baking cocoa
2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1½ - 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup boiling water
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/3 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Frosting:
6 Tbsp. butter or oleo, softened
2-2/3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1 - 1½ tsp. cinnamon
