Recipe Fudgy Brownie Cookies Amish Recipes

Beat egg, egg white and sugar. Dissolve coffee granules in boiling water. Add coffee, butter and corn syrup to egg mixture; mix well. Add the rest of ingredients, adding chocolate chips last. Drop by tablespoonful onto baking sheet. Bake at 350° F. for 10-12 minutes or until set. Note: The corn syrup and egg white keeps these cookies low fat.

2 t. instant coffee granules
1 T. boiling water
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 T. light corn syrup
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
