Peanut Butter Strip Cookies

Cream together margarine and sugars; blend in remaining ingredients. Spread dough in a large, greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F. until done; cool. Mix filling; spread over cooled bars. Top with icing.

1 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. peanut butter
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
Filling:
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1 t. vanilla
1 T. margarine
1/4 t. salt
Icing:
1/4 c. peanut butter
1½ c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. margarine
milk
