Pumpkin Bars 2

  In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, pumpkin, oil, eggs baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt and beat thoroughly Pour into a greased jellyroll pan, 15½" x 10½", or a cookie sheet with sides. Bake in a preheated 350° F. oven for 25 to 35 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing. and cut into bars before removing from the pan.

Cream Cheese Icing:
  Cream all of the ingredients together until smooth

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
16 ounce can of pumpkin
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2  teaspoon salt
 

Cream Cheese Icing:
6 ounces cream cheese
1/4 pound butter
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 Tbs vanilla
