Pumpkin Torte

  First part: Mix crackers, sugar and oleo and put in a 9" x13" pan. Top with last 3 ingredients. Bake at 350° F. for 25-30 minutes
  Second part: Cook this until thickened and add 1 tablespoon gelatin soaked in 1/4 cup water to hot mixture and set aside to cool. When cool beat the 3 egg whites and add to pumpkin mixture, pour this on top of cooled crust, let set in refrigerator a few hours and top with whipped topping
First part:
24 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs

Second part:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups pumpkin
