Banana Split Pizza
Preheat over
to 375° F. Combine milk, sour cream, 1/4 cup lemon juice, and vanilla;
chill. Beat margarine and sugar. Add flour, oats, and 1/4 cup pecans.
Press dough into an ungreased pizza pan and prick with fork. Bake for
10-12 minutes; cool. Arrange 2 sliced bananas over top of crust. Spoon on
filling and spread evenly. Dip remaining banana in remaining 2 Tbsp. of
lemon juice. Arrange on top with pineapple, cherries, and remaining nuts.
Melt chocolate chips with Crisco and drizzle over top. |
