Broken Glass Dessert
Combine
crackers, sugar, and butter. Place half of this in a 13x9x2" pan. Reserve
the remaining half for garnish. Dissolve each package of Jell-O in 1½ cups
hot water. Place in flat pan and allow to se until firm. Cut the Jell-O in
squares. Dissolve gelatin in cold water; add pineapple juice. Add 1 Tbsp.
sugar. Cool mixture to syrupy consistency. Add whipped cream. Add the
Jell-O squares to the mixture and place in a pan. Garnish with reserved
crumbs. |
24 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup hot pineapple juice
1 pt. whipping cream |
