Recipe Caramel Ice Cream Dessert Amish Recipes

Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, pecans, and margarine. Bake at 350° F. for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally; cool. Put half of crumbs in a pan. Top with half of the caramel topping. Spread softened ice cream on top. Drizzle with remaining caramel topping. Cover with remaining crumbs. Freeze. This stays good in the freezer for several days.

3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2-3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. margarine
caramel ice cream topping
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
