Homemade Ice Cream II
Combine
milk, egg yolks, flour, pudding, sugars, salt, and vanilla. Heat until
thick; remove from heat. Beat egg whites; add 1/2 c. brown sugar. Add to
first mixture. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 c. cold milk; add. Slightly whip
the whipping cream. Add, then pour into ice cream freezer can. Add milk
to 3" from the top of the can. Freeze.

6 c. milk, scalded
8 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. flour
2 pkg. vanilla pudding (to cook)
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. vanilla
4 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold milk
2 c. whipping cream
