Peanut Ice Cream Dessert Amish Recipes

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly into a 9" x 13" dish and chill. Put ice cream on top of crumbs. Stir together corn syrup and peanut butter, spread on top of ice cream. Sprinkle with peanuts and return to freezer

3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3/4 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup corn syrup
2/3 cup peanut butter
1½ cups dry roasted peanuts, chopped
