Apple Cream Cheese Pie Recipe Amish Cooking Dessert Recipes

Roll out each biscuit till completely flat. Layer bottom of 9x13" pan, along sides some, too. Press in pan as a crust. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until well blended and spread over crust. Top with apple pie filling. Bake at 350° until crust is golden. Drizzle caramel over top and sprinkle pecans over it. Enough for 2 pans

2 cans Grands biscuits, x-tra rich or buttermilk
2 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 pints apple pie filling
1 - 12 oz. an of caramel
1 cup chopped pecans
