Recipe Baked Butterscotch Pie Amish Recipes

Cream together butter and flour. Mix egg yolks and brown sugar; add to butter mixture. Add hot milk and vanilla. Beat egg whites until fluffy, but not too stiff; fold in. Bake at 350° F. for 45 minutes.

Yields 1 large pie.

2 T. flour
2 T. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1½ c. hot milk
2 eggs, separated
vanilla
