Chocolate Mocha Pie

Dissolve 1 T. gelatin in !/4 C. cold water and set aside. In a saucepan combine cocoa, coffee, salt, sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Cool till slightly thickened. Beat the cooked mixture until smooth. Beat cream. Add vanilla. Fold whipped cream into cooked mixture. Pour into 9" baked pie shell and top with nuts.

1 T. cocoa
1 t. coffee
1/8 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
3/4 C. sugar
1¼ C. milk
1 C. cream
