Cream Cheese Pecan Pie
Cream
together softened cheese, sugar, egg, salt and vanilla. Spread over
bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle pecans evenly over cream cheese layer.
Beat topping ingredients until smooth. Pour over pecans. Bake 35-40 minutes at
375° F.
