Recipe Creamy Pumpkin Pie Amish Recipes

In a large bowl beat milk, instant pudding and spice with wire whisk for 1 minute. (Mixture will be very thick.) Whisk in pumpkin. Stir in whipped topping. Spread in crust. Enough for 1 pie. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set. Note: May substitute 1/2 t. cinnamon, 1/4 t. ginger and 1/8 t. cloves in place of pumpkin pie spice.

1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 t. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. canned pumpkin
2½ c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
