Easy Pie Crust

Mix ingredients and roll out or press into pans. Prick with fork and bake at 475° F. until lightly browned - 8 to 10 minutes. Makes one pie crust.

1½ c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. milk
