Recipe French Rhubarb Pie Amish Recipes

Mix together and put into an unbaked pie shell. Mix crumbs; put on top of filling. Bake.
Note: a bit of orange flavoring makes it more tasty. Even a sprinkle of Jell-O or Tang will do.

1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 t. vanilla
Topping:
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
