Fresh Pear Pie
Combine first eight ingredients. Add pears; toss to coat. Pour into an
unbaked pie crust. For a fancy look, cut dough into eight 1/2"
strips. Twist strips and position over filling parallel to each other,
approximately 1/2" apart. Trim strips even with pastry edge. Brush
strips with milk. Cover pie loosely with foil to prevent over-browning. Bake at
400° F. for 50-60 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is
bubbly.
