Fresh Strawberry Pie
Mix the
cleaned strawberries with the glaze. Spoon into the baked pie shell.
Chill for 30 minutes. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream or
slice and place on a serving dish, then add whipped cream to each
serving.
Glaze for Fresh Fruit:
Blend all the ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan and bring to
a boil. Boil until thickened. Cool before adding to fruit. Makes about 1
cup.

1/3 c. granulated sugar
