Millionaire Pie
Cream powdered sugar and
margarine together. Add egg, salt, and vanilla and beat well. Spread the
first mixture evenly over the bottom of a baked 8" pie shell. Chill. Whip
heavy cream and fold in chopped nuts and crushed pineapple. Pile the
whipping cream, pineapple, and nuts mixture on he top of the chilled
filling in the pie shell. Chill until ready to serve. (The whipped cream
is not sweetened - the bottom layer of the pie is sweetened enough so the
unsweetened whipped cream is the perfect contrast.) |
1 c. powdered
sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1 small egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple. |
