Peach Pie

Arrange peaches in pie shell. Mix flour, sugar and cream. Pour over peaches. Top with crumbs. Put topping over first mixture. Bake at 425° F. for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350° F and bake until custard is set (approx. 30 minutes).

6 peaches, sliced
1 unbaked pie shell
1/4 C. flour
3/4 C. sugar
1 C. sweet cream
Topping:
1/3 C. flour
1/3 C. sugar
3 T. butter
