Peanut Butter Pie II
Cream peanut
butter, sugar and milk in a large mixing bowl. Whip cream and fold into
peanut butter mixture. When mixed well, pour into baked pie shell. Chill
several hours. Garnish with peanuts, chopped or whole.
Note: Non-dairy whipped cream may be used as a
substitute for cream. You may also use chunky peanut butter.
Makes 1(9") pie

1 9" baked pie shell
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup superfine sugar
6 Tablespoons half-and-half or milk
1 cup heavy cream, whipped until stiff
