Mix all together, adding beaten egg whites last. Bake at 425° for 8 minutes, then reduce temperature to 325° and bake 30-35 minutes longer. Makes 1 pie.

1 cup milk
1½ Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 egg whites, beaten
