Pineapple Cream Pie
Beat the 3
egg yolks and 1 whole egg. Add sugar, cornstarch and cream. Mix well.
Add pineapple, vanilla, salt and hot milk. Mix well and fold in egg
whites (beaten stiff). Put in 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake for 10 minutes
at 375° F. Reduce to 350° F for 30 minutes or until done.
