Pumpkin Pie
Mix dry
ingredients. Add a little milk to egg yolks, mix well. Then add pumpkin,
hot milk and cream. Add stiffly beaten egg whites last. Bake at 425° F
for 10 minutes. Turn oven back to 400° F. for 20-25 minutes more. Makes
3 small pies.

1¼ cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 cup cream
