Strawberry Pie

Soften and beat cream cheese until smooth. Spread evenly over baked pie shell. Slice 1 pint of strawberries and spread over cream cheese. Crush remaining pint of strawberries and bring to a boil. Add sugar and cornstarch mixture. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Cool and pour over raw strawberries. Serve with whipped cream.

1 pie shell, baked
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 pints strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch - mixed with small amount of water
